Medical transcription spam

You know you’ve really made the big time when your blog starts getting spammed by spammers who are actually on topic. That means your blog is ranking well for targeted search terms; in my case, that would be medical transcription.

I’d like to thank all the spammers out there who have tried everything imaginable to get their spammy medical transcription links on my blog pages. Now – cut it out.

Thank you. Have a nice holiday.

Yes, I’m fighting spam on my blog with two watch dogs (plugins). Still they get through occasionally, for which I have to be alert and delete them manually.

    Happy Holidays.

  2. Yes I know this kind of thing ["spam"] is irritating – but as bloggers we have to deal with it – how many have you caught recently?

  3. I definitely agree with Ollie. Spam is very irritating. But sometimes, bloggers that is spamming can help the site. I think just as long as its on the topic. Then probably the blogger is not a spammer.
