Yes, I’m fighting spam on my blog with two watch dogs (plugins). Still they get through occasionally, for which I have to be alert and delete them manually.

Yes I know this kind of thing ["spam"] is irritating – but as bloggers we have to deal with it – how many have you caught recently?
I definitely agree with Ollie. Spam is very irritating. But sometimes, bloggers that is spamming can help the site. I think just as long as its on the topic. Then probably the blogger is not a spammer.
