I haven't read Donna's blog yet... should, but saw an opening similar to what I was heading for, so forgive me if this is a repeat.

My MT-related blog is that I really wish someone had told me in 1976 that once you start, you can never really get away. I've played just about every role, even carved out a new career.... and yet I still have to log hours as MT. I wish I hated it. I don't. I hate that I have to do it, but I can't hate the job.
