I must have had mighty busy fingers when I was a toddler. I don't remember. I do remember having a passion to play piano at a very, very young age. From there, my fingers were busy with crafts. Grandma sitting with her crochet and tatting fascinated me and I just had to learn that too. I loved typing in school and my fingers have been busy at a keyboard ever since.

Every day I see cries for help in what should be the very basics of using the tools that earn your living. A few examples: I lost all my AutoCorrect entries (this one has to be #1), somebody sent me a template and I don't know what to do with it, how do I back up xxxx, what is the shortcut for bold (yes, I really do see that one quite often), how do I transfer my files from one computer to another? The list goes on and on and on.
