    This is an exceptional Dictaphone standard cassette transcriber. If you want a reliable, trouble-free, very *quiet* transcriber, this is the one. The transcriber is complete with power supply, foot pedal, and headphones. Just plug it in and use it.

    This Dictaphone standard cassette transcriber features a digital tape counter/locater that measures tape movement in minutes and tenths.

    More features include fully adjustable auto backspace and built in erase. A Dictamatic foot control with adjustable pressure control, and a headset is included for superior sound. Controls include: Speaker on/off, Mute on/off, conference and telephone record, erase, and the usual play, ff, and rewind. The front has slide controls for volume, tone, and speed. The bottom of the transcriber has the backspace control located there.

    *Quiet* because the solenoids that control play/stop, fast forward/rewind make a click rather than a loud clunk. Also Dictaphone places the power supply in the power cable on this machine, resulting in less heat inside the unit itself and longer service life than other brands.

    This Dictaphone transcriber sold new for over $600.00, but with a low reserve price, you can set the price to be a fraction of the new price of this exceptional transcriber.
