I didn’t find much to laugh about when I read the Advance Insiders blog, Speech Wreck, by Jeanne Johnston. Basically, it’s a regurgitation of the misperceptions, inaccuracies and just plain bull-headed resistance to change exhibited in many of the medical transcription online communities.
